MY PHILIPPINES: Zip City Hilltop, Davao

I guess Zip City Hilltop can also be called the zip line for beginners because of its short scream, I mean, glide distance. Compared to its neighbor the Xcelerator which is 1kilometer, Zip City is only about 320 meters, approximately 35 second screaming time, this may be why people consider it the most child friendly Zip Line in Davao. For Php 200 or USD 4.65 (at the current exchange rate of 1 USD = Php 43) you can zip in a traditional position (sitting) or whatever unconventional way you fancy with a view of the Davao gulf.

Despite the short distance, Zip City never lets down on safety, using only top of the line equipments approved by the International Mountaineering and Climbing Association and highly trained staff. A multi-cab awaits you at the end of the line to bring you back from the starting point if you are too lazy to walk or the knees still feels like jelly from the adventure.

HOW TO GET THERE: of course its always convenient to take the taxi and just tell the driver to take you to Zip City near Dencio's at the Hilltop.  You could also take any jeepney going to Ma-a via Diversion Road.  For inquiries call: (082) 221-7823

Operation hours:
